Rami is a Principal Engineering Manager at Microsoft AI, where he leads teams building generative AI experiences in Bing and across Microsoft’s Copilot ecosystem. With over a decade of experience in Big Tech, Rami has worked at the intersection of large-scale systems, user experience, and AI, shaping how millions interact with intelligent technologies daily.

Before joining Microsoft’s GenAI efforts, Rami held multiple engineering and product leadership roles across the company, contributing to initiatives in search, cloud, and developer platforms, while working with Microsoft's Fortune 500 customers. He is a strong believer in the power of platform thinking and has consistently focused on building scalable, reusable systems that accelerate innovation across product lines.

Rami began his career as a developer advocate, helping thousands of developers across the world adopt modern cloud and AI tools. Rami is a frequent international speaker and spoke at conferences such as Build, FITC, and TEDx. He also writes Rami’s Readings, a newsletter that curates cutting-edge insights on AI, technology, and business.

Rami holds an MBA from MIT Sloan and a Bachelor of Engineering from McGill University.
